Assistenza in chat pessima!!!
Ho scritto ad una certa "Claudia" nella chat della vostra Assistenza Clienti: dire di essere stata trattata come una Cliente invisibile è farle un complimento. Senza contare la scortesia! Volevo annullare un ordine per riprogrammare l'acquisto, ma a questo punto preferisco pagare qualche euro in più che essere trattata così. Quando ho chiesto conferma per email dell'annullamento dell'ordine e del relativo rimborso la risposta è stata: "Mi scusi, ma una cosa scritta su cosa?"....PESSIMA ESPERIENZA!!!

Ho comprato in questo sito un elemento elettrico della serie di interruttori che ho a casa: il prezzo era buono, offrono anche la spedizione assicurata a un paio di euro in più rispetto alla standard, e per il pagamento accettano diversi metodi. La spedizione però ha lasciato alquanto a desiderare avendo un tracciamento un pò alla buona e soprattutto perchè il corriere senza neanche citofonare ha lasciato il pacchetto al negozio sotto casa!
