DA EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE
Ricevuto drone ma sprovvisto di caricabatteria e coprielica, come invece indicato nel sito. Dopo lunga trattativa ottenuto soltanto il rimborso del prezzo del caricabatterie, con rifiuto di pagare le spese di spedizione. Sito da EVITARE ASSOLUTAMENTE.

Assistenza post vendita totalmente inesistente
Acquistata una tv il 2 marzo, siamo al 10 agosto ed è ancora in assistenza (l'hanno ritirata due volte). Nessuno risponde al telefono (al numero aziendale segue vocina che ti invita a scrivere un messaggio anche per un ordine: ma si può?), l'unico interlocutore è un tecnico vicino a casa mia convenzionato con loro perchè parlare con loro è impossibile. Innumerevoli mail e tanto sangue cattivo. In tanti anni di acquisti on line mai avuto un'esperienza più negativa. Mai più. Giorgio Carbonari.
