Fast and precise
I ordered an Artceram board on Sunday and it was delivered on Wednesday (I'm in Turin). The price was significantly lower than other websites or physical stores, and they were very professional and punctual. Due to an error, the payment was made twice, and the refund was issued within hours. Recommended!

The overall experience with Edilceram is good. They offer very competitive price and I got personalized assistant from their designer in choosing the products and getting quotation. Except for a minor issue with communication in tracking down the status of the shipment of build-in parts which was resolved shortly after I called the office, the handling of shipment from Italy to HK is good.
