catalogo eccellente, spedizione veloce
per me è diventato un riferimento per gli acquisti dei cosmetici bio e naturali on line con marchi da tutto il mondo. Il sito è organizzato alla grande, esiste la "lista dei preferiti" e le promozioni sono all'ordine del giorno. Spedizione velocissima e Customer care adeguato. Consigliato

Servizio pessimo... UNA TRUFFA!!!!
Acquistavo da loro mesi fa...sono tornata da loro due settimane fa, ho fatto due acquisti abbastanza voluminosi (sopra i 100 euro ciascuno) e niente... il primo è arrivato in ritardo di una settimana, il secondo è stato perso e mi hanno detto che invece mi è arrivato e che il corriere lo ha contassegnato come consegnato..MA SCHERZIAMO????!!! Poi io serenissima, mi era gia capitato, e quelli del servizio clienti che mi hanno preso per una truffatrice. Solo con loro ho avuto questa esperienza. MAI PIU'!
