Assolutamente sconsigliata!
Ho effettuato un ordine a metà ottobre e, inizialmente, sono stato contattato per essere informato di un ritardo nella spedizione. Nessun problema da parte mia: ho confermato la disponibilità ad attendere. Pochi giorni dopo mi hanno richiamato per comunicarmi che uno dei prodotti (circa 70€ su un totale di 90€) non era momentaneamente disponibile, ma che sarebbe arrivato a breve. Anche in questo caso ho accettato con pazienza, chiedendo semplicemente di spedire l’ordine completo appena possibile. Da allora è passato quasi un mese e non ho più ricevuto alcuna comunicazione.

Ho fatto un ordine di due prodotti per partecipare a un cashback, mi hanno fatto scontrini separati e inviato le foto whatsapp per permettermi di partecipare nei tempi. Pacco imballato benissimo (come avrei fatto io!) e mi hanno inviato anche un campione omaggio. Li consiglio vivamente. Non trovo mai farmacie aderenti ai cashback, diventerà la mia di fiducia

Il sito è intuitivo e molto più veloce rispetto ad altri. I prodotti ordinati sono arrivati il giorno seguente ed ho potuto pagare anche tramita apple pay. L'assistenza clienti è ottima, vengono segnalate tutte le fasi di ordine e la sera ho ricevuto il tracking della mia spedizione. Lo consiglio a tutti
