VERGOGNOSI.
Ho usufruito della promozione Amex che ti da diritto al cashback superata una soglia di spesa su DrMax. Di 5 prodotti ordinati me n’è arrivato solo 1. Ho chiamato l’assistenza e questi mi hanno fatto presente che possono solo rimborsare gli altri prodotti. Così facendo io perdo il diritto al cashback ed è come se avessi pagato il prodotto che mi hanno lasciato (caso strano il più costoso) a prezzo pieno. Ah, e se vuoi fare il reso dell’unico prodotto che ti hanno consegnato le spese di spedizione sono a carico del cliente. Leggendo altre recensioni non è nemmeno un caso isolato.
