Ho ordinato una lampada in resina che nella foto usata per pubblicizzarla appariva carina. La descrizione riportava che sarebbe stata realizzata a mano, e infatti nonostante lo sconto festivo, era abbastanza cara. Il prodotto che mi è arrivato era veramente brutto, realizzato in maniera grossolana e molto diverso da quello della foto sul sito. Ho richiesto il reso e rimborso, ma il servizio clienti mi ha risposto che, in caso di reso mi sarebbe stato rimborsato il 50% della somma pagata e che le spese di spedizione sarebbero state totalmente a mio carico.
