Inaffidabili e falsi, mai più.
Giovedì ordino un tutore ortopedico veterinario da 250€ e un sacco di crocchette. Lunedì pomeriggio mi arriva il rimborso da PayPal per ordine annullato. Chiamo e mi sento dire che "il tutore era difettoso e il sacco probabilmente scaduto". Ora, il tutore era della Balto, che li fornisce CON SCATOLA e in più sigillati dentro un sacchetto. Devo bermi la storia che lo avete aperto, rotto il sacchetto sigillato e provato? Mandando in vacca la garanzia in caso di recesso, in quanto il prodotto sarebbe risultato aperto? Ma per favore. Non controllate le giacenze, semplice. Vergognatevi.
