Assolutamente nessun servizio. Ci sono diverse persone che stanno al telefono: un ragazzo molto scortese e una ragazza indifferente. Non vogliono risolvere il problema. Prima almeno prendevano il telefono, ma ora riattaccano appena sentono la mia voce. Dal 4 ottobre sto aspettando il rimborso. Mi dicono che è già stato fatto, ma non vogliono darmi la ricevuta da presentare in banca. Per la prima volta vedo un atteggiamento cosi' illogico. Assolutamente sconsigliato. Avrei dovuto leggere prima le recensioni.
