Ho ordinato il materasso in 21 dicembre per mio marito essendo un malato oncologico grave ,ne avevo bisogno di un materasso ortopedico ,antidecubito. purtroppo dopo più di 2 mesi mi hanno mandato una mail dicendomi che ordine e stato perso ,io purtroppo non ci credo ,nel fra tempo mio marito e deceduto ,e dato le problematiche che si e perso l'ordine ho sollecitato il rimborso ma purtroppo nessuno mi ha ancora degnato di una risposta ,mi rimane solo di fare la denuncia legale ,anche perchè lo pagato 870 euro
