Prodotti belli, peccato la titolare!Ho pagato due prodotti personalizzati a novembre, arrivati a febbraio, sbagliati entrambi. Ho chiesto di cambiarne uno, perché diverso da ciò che avevo chiesto, mi è stato detto, con arroganza, di tenerlo così come spedito. su mia insistenza, mi è stato detto "e poi, cosa cambia se non è come lo hai chiesto " mi è stato proposto di spedirlo, a mie spese e mi avrebbe rimborsato. Mai spedito, non avrei mai ricevuto l'accredito!Ora ho un sacco nanna nel cassetto ed euro 99 spesi inutilmente. mi era stato detto che il sacco andava bene anche per passeggino...no!
