paghi ma non hai assistenza
pessima esperienza, pago da 18 anni un canone di assistenza per mia fortuna senza averne mai usufruito. A Dicembre 2023 apro un ticket mi rispondono solo 10 giorni dopo e inviandomi un preventivo di spesa € 150 , quando segnalo che da contratto l'assistenza richiesta è compresa tra quelle coperte dal canone che già pago annualmente, con mio stupore mi rispondono che è anni che non riescono più a assistere le anomalie degli apparati uguali al mio. Perché allora vi fate pagare il canone d'assistenza se non siete più capaci di darla ?
