Pessima esperienza di acquisto in tutte le fasi, venditore falso e supponente. Consiglio vivamente di starne alla larga.

Incompetenti Incompetenti: nessun imballo e customer care ai limiti dell'offensivo. Hanno spedito un monitor 27" nella sua confezione originale senza alcun imballo aggiuntivo. Il corriere ha praticamente distrutto l'imballaggio. Lo stato della confezione : 1. non mi permette di farne l’uso che intendevo (regalo) e 2. lascia legittimi dubbi sul modo in cui è stato trattato il collo e sulla durata del prodotto, sebbene apparentemente funzionante. Pertanto ho richiesto la restituzione a carico loro e, a scelta loro, il rimborso totale o la spedizione di un altro monitor con un secondo imballo pr
