Al secondo acquisto dello stesso prodotto ricevuta merce difettosa, dopo reclamo, tergiversano e non si capisce cosa intendano fare. Penso che sia stata merce resa come difettosa e rivenduta come nuova mancando dell'imballo originale ricevuto invece al primo acquisto.
