Transpallet graffiature e movimento che cigola
Transpallet arrivato con graffiature sulle forche e con il timone che cigola durante il movimento. Risposta loro: - "non ha messo la riserva" => il corriere non ha dato tempo per la verifica ed è andato via subito, senza far firmare/compilare nulla al nostro personale - "il cigolio si attenua con l'uso, al limite lubrificate" => abbiamo 8 transpallet in azienda, e nessuno cigola, anche dopo anni di uso continuo Quindi per noi poco professionali e sicuramente con ZERO interesse verso un rapporto con il cliente. Di sicuro non acquisteremo più nulla.
