Impossibile fare il reso , assistenza inesistente
Ordinato on Line due paia di scarpe.arrivate dopo qualche giorno, ma avevo sbagliato la misura Decido di fare il reso con cambio merce. Purtroppo la cosa risulta impossibile, nonostante io segua la procedura indicata sul sito. Non sono neanche riuscita a parlare con qualcuno, ho perso ore , senza venirne a capo. Pessimo servizio, voto : inclassificabile!

Ho acquistato un paio di scarpe La Sportiva, mi sono arrivate di un altro colore e non sono riuscita in nessun modo a mettermi in contatto con loro. Ho lasciato anche messaggii nel sito ma nessuno mi ha richiamato.

Ordine mai ricevuto.
Ordine mai ricevuto. 1000 mail inviate e poche risposte senza mai risolvere il problema. Mi hanno dato un tracking BRT inesistente e sostengono che il pacco sia stato respinto ma il pacco non è mai arrivato al Fermopoint.
