Acquistato n.2 armadietti a fine dicembre 2021 e nonostante vari solleciti non sono MAI ARRIVATI. Pessimo servizio, abbiamo proceduto facendo denuncia alla polizia di stato.

Ho acquistato un armadietto da esterno in resina. Mi è stato consegnato dopo più di 1 mese con parecchie parti rotte, sebbene lo scatolone non presentasse segni esterni di danneggiamento. Ho inviato mail e raccomandata. Nessun riscontro

Pessimi, i peggiori con cui io abbia mai avuto ...
Pessimi, i peggiori con cui io abbia mai avuto a che fare. Il 27/05/2021 effettuo un ordine relativo a un salotto da giardini e un armadio da esterno, pago regolarmente e mi arriva la mail di conferma. Dopo circa una settimana, ricevo una telefonata in cui un operatore mi riferisce che il salottino da esterno nn è disponibile nonostante appunto me lo abbiano fatto ordinare e pagare. Accetto ugualmente che mi venga mandato l'armadio e mi viene riferito che l'importo relativo al salottino mi sarebbe stato rimborsato... È passato 1 mese e ancora niente,nn risp neppure più. Agirò per vie legali!!!

Ho ordinato uno scaffale... appena arrivato mi sobo resa conto della pessima fattura dell'articolo nonche nu. erosi dofetto esteriori. Mi sono avvalsa del diritto di poter restituire l'articolo, cosi ho fatto rispettando tutta la procedura indicata sul loro sito... dal 1 luglio ad adesso ancora mi devono accettare il reso e relativo rimborso. I recapiti telefonici inesistenti.... inviate tantissi. e-mail nessuna rispostal
