Dopo aver pagato un servizio dedicato di consegna e montaggio riscontravo la mancanza di un bullone ad una delle quattro sedie consegnate. Contatto via mail , telefonicamente e dietro loro consiglio su whatsapp ( dopo due giorni dalla consegna), nessuno si degnava di dare una risposta. Pure per un bullone siamo a livelli non commentabili.

Abbiamo acquistato online una scrivania Adapta Plus e un giorno e mezzo dopo ci è stata consegnata da Fercam. Oltre alla consegna inaspettatamente veloce, il prodotto vanta un rapporto qualità/prezzo altissimo, lo abbiamo montato in poche ore grazie alle istruzioni chiarissime. Soddisfattissimi!

Maggio 2020 acquistato camera matrimoniale cameretta e tavolo da cucina con sedie, mobili in garanzia dicevano 2 anni, ho telefonato dopo 9 mesi spiegando che il tavolo che ho acquistato si sta scollando il tutto documentato con foto. Il personale responsabile si è lavato le mani della mia situazione dicendo Che sicuramemte e successo qualcosa al tavolo, e quindi il tavolo in oggetto non può essere degnato Di uno sguardo Anche se in garanzia. Troppo facile lavarsi le mani così con un Cliente dopo che ha pagato i mobili cash, senza approfondire effettivamente il perché, sconsigliatissimo.
