Fatto reso di parte della merce acquistata, da un mese é stato consegnato alla sede il reso ma del rimborso non si sa nulla neanche contattando l'assistenza. Che fine ha fatto il reso e il mio rimborso?

Modalità di reso e personale molto disponibile
Ho avuto problemi con una forcella e siccome non era passato nemmeno un mese dall'acquisto hanno provveduto al cambio con lo stesso articolo nuovo. Lo consiglierei a tutti i miei compagni di squadra e continuerò a fare acquisti da loro.

Ritardo consegna
Prezzi normalì, ma siccome mi serviva un casco di una marca e del colore Giallo ho acquistato. Da 12 giorni che aspetto il casco...e oggi mi arriva comunicazione che il 13/12 consegneranno. Deluso. E per sentito dire da amici anche loro lo stesso problema.

Ho avuto qualche piccolo inconveniente ma il servizio clienti davvero eccezionale ha risolto tutto velocemente e con competenza. Lo stranconsiglio per convenienza e offerta
