Purtroppo devo fare una recensione negativa nonostante faccio acquisti su Bestprato da anni: ho acquistato prodotti come faccio ogni anno in primavera e dopo aver effettuato l’ordine e pagato, mi sono visto annullare l’ordine stesso con rimborso del denaro senza alcun preavviso o comunicazione Dopo una settimana mi dall’ordine mi sono accorto dell’annullamento e soltanto dopo aver scritto al servizio clienti (contatto telefonico inesistente) mi hanno risposto che a causa di un disservizio informatico gli sconti applicati erano errati pertanto non potevano accettare l’ordine (lo stesso ordine

Il servizio clienti non risponde, dobbiamo annullare l'ordine in quanto non hanno il materiale ordinato disponibile e quindi devono farci il rimborso ma nonostante le varie mail spedite nessuno risponde!!!
