Laptop difettoso reso ma nessun rimborso
Ho acquistato un Laptop Teclast F7 plus su banggood. A parte le spese doganali aggiuntive di 68€ che ho dovuto pagare nonostante avessi stipulato la protezione spese doganali, che banggood si è rifiutata di rimborsare. Il computer è arrivato con evidenti problemi di funzionamento del sistema operativo. ho fatto l'upgrade con una mia copia di Windows ma i problemi non sono stati risolti. Ho richiesto il reso ed il rimborso. Mi hanno fatto rendere il dispositivo ma ancora oggi a distanza di 3 mesi continuano a rispondermi di pazientare. Ho fatto intervenire il servizio legale di altrocosumo.
