PESSIMA AZIENDA ! DA EVITARE
Salve a tutti, ho acquistato da "Balao.it" una sabbiatrice Di Marzio Energy SBT 540 ASP in data 11 dicembre 2022 al prezzo di 999€ sul loro sito. Premetto consegna precisa e lsabbiatrice funzionante. Appena apro la scatola trovo: un graffio sulla sabbiatrice ed il filtro aria con la vernice rovinata. Contatto il Sign. Salvatore al numero "39* 8683***" (con il quale mi aveva chiamato per sapere info sulla consegna) e riferisco l'accaduto,invio tramite whatsapp foto del danno, mi risponde e mi dice di effettuare il reclamo tramite mail, invio loro di nuovo le foto e specifico che posso inviarmi
