INAFFIFABILI
Acquistata e pagata telecamera. Mi contattano per avvisare che il prodotto non è disponibile anche se dal sito risultava tale. Propongono sostituzione con prodotto e faccio presente che accetto se l'ottica del modello sostitutivo è nella versione da 3,6 mm. Dopo 6 giorni ricevo una telecamera con ottica da 2.8mm. ************ e incompetenti. SCONSIGLIATISSIMI!

Ho acquistato il 5 marzo 30 MT di led, ad oggi ...
Ho acquistato il 5 marzo 30 MT di led, ad oggi non sono arrivati, ieri mi scrivono che hanno avuto problemi con il corriere promettendomi che oggi avrebbero spedito, alle 16 non ho ricevuto ancora il tracking della spedizione gli scrivo e mi dicono che non e passato il corriere. Chiedo il rimborso e adesso alle ore 20 circa mi arriva una mail dicendomi che hanno tagliato il led e che comunque mi avrebbero fatto il rimborso, però mi impongono di non comprare più nel loro negozio. Grandi professionisti.

Pessima esperienza
Dopo avere acquistato 2 faretti a led circa 1 mese fa....non ho ancora ricevuto la merce....brt l'ha consegnata in un fermo point non richiesto a 1000 km da casa mia,ma soprattutto perché avevo richiesto consegna a mio domicilio be dopo un mese dall'acquisto non ho ancora ricevuto nulla....rimbalzato da atm domotic a brt nessuno dei 2 è in grado di risolvere il problema CAUSATO DA LORO STESSI......mia esperienza PESSIMA
