Non buona esperienza . Comunicazione pessima . Richiesto servizio di messa a punto dell'arco in fase di ordine e ribadita via whats app non è stata eseguita. Delusione. Noncredo che mi rifornirò ancora da loro. Devo acquistare un altro arco per mia moglie ma di sicuro acquisterò altrove

Ho ordinato un arco completo di zaino ed accessori, mi hanno seguito nella scelta ed il materiale mi è arrivato molto velocemente. Ottimo.

Ho fatto un ordine e mi sono trovato bene sia per il prodotto che per l'assistenza clienti. Ho avuto un problema di consegna e l'assistenza clienti ha risposto rapidamente risolvendolo. OTTIMO!

Ho ordinato una pressa per archi del valore di oltre 1000 euro. Dopo avermi mandato la pressa assolutamente incompleta, priva di molti pezzi, ho dovuto rincorrere telefonicamente il venditore per ottenere la vaga promessa che mi sarebbero stati inviati i pezzi mancanti. Dopo quasi 14 giorni non era ancora arrivato nulla, ho aperto una controversia su PayPal che alla fine ha costretto il negozio a rimborsarmi.. che però si è tenuto 50 euro come se fossero stati loro ad averci perso qualcosa, quando io mi sono fatto il fegato marcio per loro. PESSIMI! Fatevi un favore, EVITATELI!
