PESSIMA GESTIONE DEL MAGAZZINO
Ho ordinato il 05.02.2025 un paio di scarpe per un regalo importante (pagamento accettato e ordine emesso) Subito dopo mi hanno inviato la seguente mail: "Ci scusiamo per il disguido, purtroppo la scarpa da lei scelta non e più disponibile in stock. Per questo motivo abbiamo annullato l'ordine." Mi sono ritrovato con i soldi bloccati (li riavrò tra qualche giorno) e senza regalo da consegnare. PESSIMA ESPERIENZA E, PER QUEL CHE MI RIGUARDA, DA EVITARE!!!

Inizio luglio 2023 ho acquistato online dei prodotti per bambini. Ho avuto necessità di richiedere il cambio di un prodotto perche la taglia era troppo piccola, cosi appena ricevuta la merce ho inviato una mail per richiedere un cambio taglia. La Sigra Gabriella mi ha garantito il cambio con altro modello. La ns conversazione prosegue su WA dove mi viene indicato come fare il cambio. A distanza di qualche giorno dopo varie sollecitazioni da parte mia mi viene risposto che il prodotto destinato al mio cambio era stato venduto quindi il mio cambio non avvenuto Servizio clienti pessimo.
