Pubblicità ingannevole
Fate Attenzione, dal sito è esplicitamente dichiarato che i ritiri e i resi allo store sono gratuiti, mentre lo sono solo i ritiri (per invogliarti a comprare), mentre per i resi puoi solo pagare € 7 per ritiro a domicilio, ho informato la spett.Le ALCOTT e un associazione dei consumatori a mezzo PEC del mancato rispetto delle norme in materia di acquisti online e pubblicità ingannevole e in mancanza di una soluzione che mi consenta il reso gratuito come pubblicizzato, procederò alla segnalazione all'AGCOM fornendo tutte le prove documentate. Ovviamente con la perdita di clientela

Sito inaffidabile
Sito inaffidabile. Consegna prevista 3 giorni (si parla del mese di novembre),effettiva e con merce mancante dopo 15 giorni! Ovviamente il restante non è mai arrivato! Su WhatsApp rispondono solo la prima volta, giusto perché si pubblicizzano sempre vicino a noi 🤔, dicendo che l'ordine è in lavorazione e che entro 48 ore riceverò un nuovo tracking per la consegna, ma ormai ho perso le speranze. A quest'ora era arrivato a piedi dalla Lapponia! In ultimo ho provato con la mail, ovviamente non le ricevono per casella piena.
