Il reso non viene rimborsato.
Ho acquistato 2 volte su escarpe.it, le ho subito rese perché le prime ciabatte rigide e pesanti e non c'era neanche il marchio di vero cuoio, la pelle che loro descrivono è dura! Non è pelle ma plastica! Il secondo reso trattasi di vera pelle ma il contorno della ciabatta è a punta e rigido, da fastidio al piede, troppo pesanti! Il rimborso mi è stato negato, negano di aver ricevuto il reso! Ho fatto reclamo tramite Paypal e il primo rimborso lho ricevuto, ora aspetto il secondo. Truffatori!
