Ho scritto numerose volte per disdire l'ordine. Fino ad ora nessuna risposta. Il numero di telefono è sempre disattivato oppure non rispondono, quindi niente contatto per voce. Se potessi darei ZERO, ma il minimo è 1 stella. Per niente soddisfatto.

Ho acquistato con bonifico bancario ...
Ho acquistato con bonifico bancario regolarmente tracciato in data 9/12/2021 ed eseguito e contabilizzato in data 10/12/2021 una locomotiva Roco. Continuano ad inviarmi inutili messaggi che mi avvertono che il prodotto "è nuovamente disponibile" senza dirmi una parola sull'avvenuto bonifico gia' da loro incassato. Non rispondono alle email né al tetefono.
